Early Brood


Seen on the Ouseburn just downstream from Byker Bridge in Newcastle this lunchtime. Mother mallard must have started nesting at the end of January!

    As they paddled off around te bend in the river I counted them all out John .... next time I'm passing I'll see if I can count them all back .....
